The facelifted `RS e-tron GT`, from `2024` onward, pushes Audi's large electric `GT` formula even further: more power, improved rapid charging, better use of battery capacity and software that plays an even bigger role in the overall experience. In return, this is still a very recent, expensive, very fast car that depends heavily on network support, updates and the health of its electronic systems.
This phase relies on a battery of around `105 kWh` gross for nearly `97 kWh` usable, `800 V` architecture, a higher quoted charging peak, revised thermal management and still all-wheel drive with a rear `2-speed` gearbox. The facelift mainly adds another layer of demand around software follow-up, the `12 V` battery, charging consistency and the condition of the brakes on such a heavy car capable of very high speeds. At this point, the risk is less old-age wear than poor updating, poor calibration or weak dealer support.
