Launched in `2022`, the `Bentayga EWB` is not just a stretched Bentayga but Bentley's answer to buyers hesitating between a prestige `SUV` and a chauffeur-style limousine. Wheelbase grows by `180 mm`, rear space becomes the central argument, and the natural comparison is a very high-end Range Rover. Bentley is chasing less pure versatility here than the feeling of a rolling lounge with true grand-touring presence.
The mechanical package is deliberately simple for the segment: one `4.0 twin-turbo V8`, paired with the `ZF` gearbox, all-wheel drive, rear-wheel steering and `Bentley Dynamic Ride` depending on trim. On paper it makes sense: no `W12`, no hybrid, but a huge priority placed on comfort, sound insulation, rear seats and all the wellness electronics. That is exactly why the car has to be inspected far beyond the engine itself.
