📖Buick Enclave III: a move to the 2.5 turbo and a much more connected architecture

Buick Enclave III (2024-Présent)

The third generation changes the philosophy of the `Enclave` quite deeply. Buick drops the large naturally aspirated V6 in favour of a `2.5-litre turbo` with `328 hp`, wrapped in a much more technical package with panoramic displays and more ambitious driver assistance. The result is still a very spacious family SUV, but it is quicker in the mid-range and much more dependent on healthy electronics.

In everyday driving, this recent Enclave tries to move upmarket through its cabin atmosphere and the fluidity of its assistants. Next to a Chevrolet Traverse, it leans more clearly into comfort and presentation. The new turbo four-cylinder gives stronger low-end torque, but it also demands stricter oil and cooling discipline than the old V6 ever did.
