Launched in `2018` for the Chinese market, the Audi `Q2L` keeps the logic of the European Q2 but stretches the wheelbase and leans more toward status than agility. Against the Volkswagen T-Roc, it remains a small city Audi, just with rear space that feels more valuable for local buyers. On the used market, that mainly means you should read it as a premium urban Q2, not as a conventional compact SUV.

The core line-up centres mainly on the `35 TFSI S tronic` using the `EA211` family, with simpler mechanical logic than the multi-powertrain European range. That apparent simplicity changes nothing: oil service, ignition, cooling and gearbox follow-up still need to be clean, especially because many Q2L cars spend their lives in dense traffic and on short trips.
