It never tries to behave like a sporting roadster; instead it offers a large-scale open-air grand-touring experience backed by a `W12 biturbo` and a level of presentation that still makes an impression today. The proportions are excessive, but that is precisely where the model's appeal lies.
Next to a Maserati GranTurismo Convertible, the `GTC` feels more monumental, quieter at a steady pace and much more focused on permanent luxury.
